Samsung Mobiles, leader in manufacturing mobile telecommunication devices, is getting ready to launch yet another high end tablet device in Indian market. This was announced at Samsung South West Asia Forum which was held earlier this year in Bangkok. Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 310 is said to be an upgraded version of Samsung Galaxy Tab 620. The South Korean manufacturer is taking utmost care in deciding the price, though there is no official information on the pricing of this latest tablet device but many experts feel that Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 310 price would float between Rs. 23,000 and Rs. 25,000.
If we look at the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 310 pictures, the images reveal that it’s a good-looking tablet device. Going through the technical specifications of Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 310, the tablet is an Android based tablet running on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system. The device is powered by Tegra Dual Core 1 GHz processor which is extremely well supported by 1 GB RAM. The tablet is available in 3G mobile version and also in Wi-Fi mobile version. Both these versions will be of a great help to the corporate sector professionals as they don’t have to get tied down to a single network. The tablet sports 7 inch LCD display screen with TFT capacitive touchscreen and has 1024 x 600 pixel resolution. The display screen is powered by TouchWiz UI. The tablet is available in three memory storage variants, the basic memory variant can hold upto 8 GB of data, and the second variant is capable of holding 16 GB data and the high end variant can hold upto 32 GB of data.
The memory in all the three variants is scalable through microSD memory card. If we look at other Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 310 features, the tablet is fitted with 3.0 megapixel camera on the back panel of the tablet with a 3264 x 2448 pixel resolution, which has the ability of digital zoom as well as optical zoom and also has auto focus feature. The camera also can record videos at a very high quality. There is no flash light included in this tablet, but it has a secondary camera on the front end. Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 310 provides good data and internet connectivity as it features all the latest technologies like Bluetooth, GPRS, EDGE, and WLAN. The phone is fitted with standard Li-Ion 4000 mAH battery. The tablet has the ability to play most of the audio and video formats. It is fitted with 3.5 mm audio jack. The tablet also supports FM radio. So, apart from work, this tablet also can serve as major source of entertainment, users can load movies and experience high quality viewing and crystal clear sound on this tablet device.
