Samsung Mobiles, part of Samsung Electronics, has finally revealed that the next mobile in the Galaxy S series will be definitely out. Once thought that these were just the rumors spread across the masses but Samsung has made the statement to be true, and yes, they are coming with the new device in the series called Samsung Galaxy S IV. This device will now be the flagship device of Samsung mobiles. The launch will be done on 14th March 2013 in U.S.A on request from various mobile carriers of the country. Earlier, the Galaxy S series mobiles were launched at London, U.K. This will be the first time a Galaxy S series mobile to be launched in U.S.A. after the first Galaxy S mobile launched way back in 2010. Samsung Galaxy S IV is expected to be extra-ordinary in its features such as higher resolution display and faster Quad-core processor.
Expectations from Samsung Galaxy S IV features are beyond the limit with the kind of rise it earned through Galaxy S II and Galaxy SIII devices. The launch of this handset is expected to beat its rival Apple convincingly and remain on top for some more time. With the kind of features and design, Samsung Galaxy S IV price is expected to be on the higher side when compared to Samsung Galaxy S III. Samsung Galaxy S IV pictures a vivid Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen with 16 million color variants and 1080 x 1920 pixels and also the Corning Gorilla Glass 2 protection. The device runs on the latest Android v4.1.2 Jelly bean OS. The processor of the device is 2GHz Quad-core Cortex-A15. The camera of the device is expected to be a 13 mega pixel rear camera with auto focus and LED flash. It also features simultaneous HD video and image recording, geo-tagging, touch focus, face and smile detection, image stabilization and HDR. Video recording can be done and at a 1080 pixel and at 30fps. There is also a front camera expected used for video calling.
Samsung Galaxy S IV is powered with a 2600mAh Li-ion battery. The data connectivity options of the device are GPRS, EDGE, various Wi-Fi options of Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, dual-band, DLNA, Wi-Fi Direct, Wi-Fi hotspot, Bluetooth v4.0 with A2DP and EDR, NFC (Near Field Communication), USB with microUSB v2.0. The data storage capacity of the device is 16GB with a RAM of 2GB. Memory can be expanded up to 64GB with the help of a microSD card. Apart from the above mentioned important specifications, there are numerous applications and varied features that will surely make the user go for it.
