Samsung is all set to launch a new bar phone in India, Samsung Suede R710. It is a CDMA phone with very impressive features and real good looks. It operates in the frequency of CDMA 800 / 1700 / 2100 / 1900 1xEV-DO rev.0 MHz. The display screen of the phone is a 3.0 inches TFT capacitive touch screen with a resolution of 240x400 pixels and an accelero meter sensor. The touch screen has a virtual QWERTY key pad and an accelero meter sensor. This will make the phone more user friendly and smooth to use. It has a 3.0 mega pixel camera with digital zoom and camcorder. The image resolution of the camera is 2048 x 1536 Pixels. Video recording is also possible in suede R 710. The Samsung Suede R710 has an MP4 and MP3 player with many special features like music recognition and stereo speakers. It lacks an FM radio. The phone has GPRS connectivity and an HTML browser for accessing internet I it. It has also integrated social networking sites such as Face Book, Twitter and My Space.
The internal memory of the Samsung Suede R710 is comparatively big with 135 MB of storage. The external memory is expandable up to 16 GB using Micro SD card slots. The phone book entries can go up to 2000 in number and up to 500 SMS can be stored in the phone memory. The call log stores missed calls, received calls and dialed numbers. The Li- Ion 1080 1080 mAh battery powers the phone. It can provide a talk time of about five hours and a stand by time of 330 hours. Samsung Suede R710 has a blue tooth of v2.1 +EDR for wireless connectivity. It also has polyphonic ring tones and also has internal vibration alert.
