Samsung Galaxy SL Price and Specifications

The Samsung mobiles has launched the new Samsung Galaxy SL. The mobile is launched in India and it is available in the Indian mobile stores. The new Samsung Galaxy SL price in India is tagged at Rs 16,815. Few of the Samsung Galaxy SL features are the clear and attractive 4.0 inch SC-LCD capacitive touchscreen display screen supporting the resolution of 480 x 800 pixels along with 233 ppi pixel density and 16 M colors support. The Samsung Galaxy SL runs on the platform of Android OS, v2.3 operating system and the handset is powered by 1 GHz Cortex A8 processor, power VR SGX530 and TI OMAP 3630 chipset which will provide the fast speed to the mobile applications. As per the source report, the company is planning to announce an Android 2.3.6 update for Galaxy SL in India.
The handset is packed with the rear camera of 5 megapixels with the resolution of 2592 x 1944 pixels. The camera also features with Geo tagging, touch focus, face detection, and smile detection that will give the user a high class of picture clarity. The phone has the dimension of 123.7 x 64.2 x 10.6 mm with the weight of 131 gram. The new Samsung Galaxy SL has the internal memory of 16 GB and the external memory can be expanded up to 32GB with the support of microSD card slot where the user can save personal details and favorite music. The Samsung Galaxy SL pictures are excellent and smart looking.
The mobile phone comes with connectivity features which include 3G connectivity with HSPDA 7.2 Mbps and HSUPA 5.76 Mbps, microUSB v 2.0, EDGE class 12, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and Wi-Fi hotspot, Bluetooth v 3.0 with A2DP and GPRS. The Samsung Galaxy SL handset features the Accelerometer sensor for UI auto-rotate and Proximity sensor for auto turn-off, Gorilla glass display, and Touchwiz 3.0 UI digital compass and Stereo FM radio with RDS. The smart phone offers additional features like YouTube integration and Google talk, Document viewer, Google search, Google maps, Gmail integration, Voice memo, predictive text input and organizer.
