South Korean based Samsung consumer electronics manufacturer has recently introduced Samsung Galaxy Y Duos in Indian market. This is an android based phone which was announced in 2011 December. Samsung Galaxy Y Duos is a low budget phone, though its price is less but this phone sports good features. Samsung Galaxy Y Duos is a successor of Samsung Galaxy Y, both these phones look similar and sport almost same features but, Samsung Galaxy Y Duos is dual SIM phone and whereas its predecessor supports only one SIM. Samsung Galaxy Y Duos Price in India is approximately around Rs. 8,499. If we take a look at the Samsung Galaxy Y Duos Pictures, this phone looks very smart and attractive, and could attract customers of all age groups. Samsung Mobiles in India have always been reckoned as one of the best mobile device maker.
The South Korean manufacturer on the other hand is getting ready to launch their mobile device Samsung Galaxy S III. Samsung Galaxy S III is one of the most awaited phones from this South Korean handset maker. This phone was supposed to get launched at Mobile World Congress event which was held at Barcelona, Spain. But the Korean manufacturer wanted to give a bigger launch and it is expected that this phone will be launched in London next month where Olympics are scheduled to take place. The South Korean wants to take a full advantage of this event and wants to give their most awaited phone a global recognition. Samsung Galaxy S III is said to be a successor phone of Samsung Galaxy S II, which was one of the best phone from this Korean mobile maker. Though Samsung Galaxy S III and Samsung Galaxy Y Duos are two different phones belonging to different set of category, one thing is common between these two mobile devices, that both these mobile devices are successors of their previous mobile devices. The other common factor between both these smartphones is that, both these mobile devices run on Android operating system. Samsung Galaxy Y Duos runs on Android 2.3 gingerbread operating system and Samsung Galaxy S III run on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system.
If we look at Samsung Galaxy Y Duos Features, it is a GSM phone supporting 2G network, and on 3G mobile network. The phone is fitted with 3.14 inch display screen which has a screen resolution of 240 x 320 pixels. The display area is fitted with TFT capacitive touchscreen which is powered by Samsung patented TouchWiz user interface. Samsung Galaxy Y Duos supports good data and internet connectivity as this phone had the power of GPRS, EDGE, WLAN, Bluetooth and USB technologies. On the other hand if we look at Samsung Galaxy S III Features, this phone sports a large display and is fitted with 4.7 inch display screen which supports 1280 X 720 pixel resolutions. There are new inputs that Samsung Galaxy S III is fitted with 1.5 GHz quad core processor and also has 1 GB RAM. If we look at Samsung Galaxy S III pictures, it looks quite smart and appealing to the customers of all age groups. Samsung Galaxy S III Price in India is not known yet, but it would come with a big price tag. As said earlier both these handsets belong to different segment and as the reason there is nothing much to compare between these mobile devices. Both these Samsung mobiles are good in their own right and both devices have the ability to put a good performance.
