We know that both Samsung mobiles and Sony mobiles are good competitors of the mobile market. Both the brands are well known in the mobile market for the past several years and have got deep roots in to the market. Korean electronics giant Samsung Electronics would launched Samsung Galaxy S4 in India on April 26, 2013 while this gadget is already launched in US on March 14th. Where as the other competitors, Sony Xperia Z was announced 2013, January and was released on 2013, February. Samsung Galaxy comes out of the box with a dimensions of 136.6 x 69.8 x 7.9 mm and weighs 130 grams. Where as the other gadget will roll out of the box with 139 x 71 x 7.9 mm dimensions and weighs around 146 grams. When we go trough the price details, we see that Sony Xperia Z price starts at INR 38,990 and on the other hand the rival (Samsung Galaxy S4 price) will be available between INR 35,000-40,000.
when we look at the features of both the models, Galaxy S4 will come with 5 inch Full HD Super AMOLED Display, which will produce a resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels, it also uses Corning Gorilla Glass 3 for it. Where as Xperia Z will get a 5-inch Full HD Reality display with Mobile Bravia Engine 2 and also with a 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution. This model uses Shatter proof and scratch-resistant glass. Sony Xperia Z will be provided with 13.1 MP Auto Focus rear shooter with LED Flash. It will also fixed with 2.2 MP front facing camera which will help the user to use the video chat option. On the other hand Galaxy S4 will be supported with a 13 MP Auto Focus rear camera with LED and also 2 MP front camera for Dual video calling.
Xperia Z will be processing the impressive 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro quad-core processor and Galaxy S4 will be powered by a 1.5GHz quad-core Qualcomm APQ 8064 processor with Adreno 320 GPU. Xperia Z will be running on Android OS, v4.1.2 (Jelly Bean) and also planned to upgrade to v4.2 (Jelly Bean) and the rival will flow with Android OS, v4.2.2 (Jelly Bean) model. Sony Xperia Z will be powered by a 2330mAh non-removable battery on the other hand the Galaxy S4 has got a larger and removable, 2600mAh powerful battery. Galaxy S4 is boosted with an internal memory of 16/32/64 GB and also fixed with a microSD card slot to extend the memory space upto 64 GB. Where as the Xperia Z will be available with a 16 GB internal memory and can also be extendible upto 64 GB by the microSD slot option.
